ARTWORK: Please supply camera ready artwork. Letterheads, business cards, photocopies and faxed copies are not considered camera ready and will not produce a quality imprint. Multi colored imprints require color separated camera-ready artwork.

Cleaning artwork, adding text to a logo, combining two pieces of artwork, color separation, etc., are subject to artwork charges from $15.00 to $30.00. (Please contact factory for further information.) Camera ready artwork requiring a change in the layout will be charged at $40.00 per hour. Special shaped screen-printed borders are available on some items at no additional charge when imprinted in the same color. Please note: The borders may change the imprint area.

STANDARD AND 3 DAY DIGITAL ART REQUIREMENTS: TargetIt.biz is PC based, but can convert Mac files that follow the general guidelines. We work mainly with Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator) and have various supporting software packages. Artwork should be in TIFF or EPS formats of 600 dpi or greater at 100% size. Text should be converted to paths (curves) to maintain the font style. Diskettes should only contain artwork for the order in process. The art file should contain only the artwork to be printed. Please include special instructions in the message, not in the artwork. Cropping down the art to be printed saves downloading time. Compressed files must be self-extracting. A copy of artwork must be faxed prior to sending your e-mail and all e-mail sent must include a company name, phone number and purchase order number. To expedite your order, artwork may be sent electronically via diskette or e-mail.

1-DAY DIGITAL ART REQUIREMENTS: PC format is preferred. Macintosh is acceptable only if saved properly. We cannot accept art files in the following PC or Mac formats: BMP, Photoshop, EPS, JPEG, GIF, PICT, TIFF, DOC, EXE, PCX, PPT, P65 or XLS formats. These file formats are generally low resolution-only suitable for viewing on screen-not for printing. Do not attempt to save these files as EPS format. SEND ONLY THE ORIGINAL OR NATIVE VECTOR EPS FILES. Art files must be created and saved in Adobe Illustrator 10.0 All CorelDraw files MUST BE saved as an AL file EPS (Adobe Lllustrator, EPS , curves). All files must be saved as EPS and all text converted to outline (curves). EPS file formats provide superior reproduction quality allowing images to be resized with no loss of sharpness or detail. Artwork with text must be converted to outline (curves).

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: Orders cancelled during production will be charged all costs incurred to the date of cancellation. There will be a minimum charge of $40.00 if an order is cancelled or changed after artwork has been prepared. The customer will be required to pay for all work completed at the time of the cancellation or change. Cancellations or changes will only be accepted in writing. Changes to orders after production has begun must be authorized by the factory. Verbal changes or cancellations will not be accepted.

COLOR/COPY CHANGES: A charge of $30.00 will be assessed for each change of color/copy within a production run, plus the cost of additional dies or screens.

CLAIMS: Must be made no later than 15 days after shipment.

No merchandise, including random samples, may be returned without authorization from the factory. We are not responsible for inability to fill orders due to strikes, shortage of materials or any other reasonable cause.

CO-OP PRICING: Available on all items. Special colors or items require 5,000 to 10,000 minimum pieces per order. Please consult factory for details.

DROP/SPLIT SHIPMENTS: Add $8.00 per location after the first. 

EXACT QUANTITY: For exact quantity add $15.00.

EXPORT SHIPMENTS: Add $10.00 plus applicable shipping charges for TargetIt.biz to complete the required shipping documentation for international shipments.

Note: All imprint colors vary with the printing process (Example: Screen Print, Pad Print, etc.), the color of the material printed on, as well as the surface (shine or matte finish). Please note that an imprint on dark colored items may require a white underlay to obtain the true requested imprint color. (The additional cost for a white underlay will be the same as indicated in "Additional Colors/Positions Imprint" information for each item.) For special colors see "PMS Match."

IMPRINTING: Unless otherwise specified on your purchase order, your imprint will be positioned per the item photograph. The imprint area may vary depending on the artwork submitted. *Please note, some distortion can be expected when imprinting stress relievers/balls. They are made by hand and no two are exactly the same. Due to the nature of the material, uniformity of the imprint cannot be guaranteed. All artwork will be sized to fill maximum imprint area unless otherwise requested on your purchase order.

IMPRINTING CLEAR BAGS: When registering two or more colors next to each other, mis-registration up to 1/16" in any direction may occur. Industry standards allow for this tolerance and must be considered acceptable. TargetLine reserves the right to refuse any multiple color order considered impossible to print within industry standards. Multiple color orders capable of being screen-printed by individual registration carry a running charge of $.25 per bag.

IMPRINTING MAGNIFIERS: Standard imprinting location for all magnifiers with pull out lenses is "right reading" (item is held in right hand and lens is pulled out to the left). Please specify if you have a preference other than the standard method.

IMPRINTING METHODS: Pad Print, Screen Print, Sublimation, Hot Stamp and Dry Ink Process.

IMPRINTING MUGS: 1 Side Imprint: Single imprint, right handed readable. 2 Sided Imprint: 2 imprints or same imprint twice, centered opposite each other. Wrap Imprint: 1 imprint centered opposite the handle.

LESS THAN MINIMUM: Absolute minimum is ½ of the first column quantity unless otherwise specified. Add $30.00 for imprinted merchandise. Add $15.00 for non-imprinted merchandise.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: We reserve the right to ship and bill overruns or underruns of 5% to 7%. For exact quantity add $15.00.

PACKAGING/SPECIAL PACKAGING: Most items have their own box or package. However, small items are either polybagged or bulk packed in an inner box within a master carton.

PEN REFILLS: Standard pen refill is black ink.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Logos used in this website are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply endorsement, nor are any items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs.

PMS MATCH: Add $30.00 per color. For special colors and PMS matches, please send swatch with order. Please allow 2 extra working days per color. Note: All imprint colors vary with the printing process (Example: Screen Print, Pad Print, etc.), the color of the material printed on as well as the surface (shine or matte finish). Please note that an imprint on dark colored items may require a white underlay to obtain the PMS Match. (The additional cost for a white underlay will be the same as the additional running charge indicated in "Additional Colors/Positions Imprint" information for each item.) A PMS color match or specific ink can be mixed, but there are times when a true match is not possible due to the product color or finish.

PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production time is approximately 10 - 15 working days after receipt of the order for catalog quantities. If order is required for a special occasion, it must be specifically marked "must have on (date) for special occasion". We will try to accommodate all rush orders, but usually will request that overnight delivery be authorized and freight billed accordingly.

PRODUCTION TIME BEGINS THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER RECEIPT OF:

1. Order and camera ready artwork.
2. Payment has been received.

PROOFS:

PROOF APPROVAL: Must be in writing.

REPEAT ORDERS: To be sure of exact duplication, when required, be certain to include our Invoice Number or your Purchase Order Number of previous order.

RETURN OF GOODS: Factory authorization must be obtained prior to return of merchandise for any reason or receiving department cannot accept shipment. No credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for return to factory.

RUSH SERVICE ON 1-DAY OR 3-DAY SERVICE PRODUCTION TIME: We will try to accommodate all items on an express 3-Day or 1-Day turnaround. Please consult the factory for items not mentioned if an express turnaround is required.  Please mark your order "1- Day or 3-Day Service."

• 1- Day or 3-Day Service is based on a 5-day workweek (not including holidays).
• TargetLine will not be responsible for carrier or transportation delays.
• 1- Day or 3-Day production time is guaranteed only on items with a one-color, one-position imprint.
• 1-Day orders and artwork must be received by 12:00pm (noon) EST.
• 3-Day orders and artwork must be received by 1pm EST.

• Production time does not include the day your order is received by the factory. Production time will begin after approval of credit, paper proof and/or production proof.

• TargetIt.biz requires three extra production days when ordering items with an additional color or imprint.

SPECULATIVE SAMPLES: Furnished on request at $20.00, plus cost of item. Also, add appropriate art and die charges for item.

SHIPPING LABELS: Please furnish two or more shipping labels with each order to ensure correct shipping address.

UNIMPRINTED MERCHANDISE: As a courtesy to our customers, unimprinted (non-imprinted) merchandise is available at end quantity pricing.

U.S. POST OFFICE SHIPMENTS: A $10.00 plus applicable postage fees for courier service to the local post office.

Standard Imprint Colors

4-Color Process Printing

4-color process printing is available on Items #1465, #1470 and #2560.
*We prefer art sent on disk or by electronic file transmission.

Photographs: If a disk cannot be provided a color photograph will be accepted. We suggest a high quality 35mm color photograph or better. Please send a vertical and horizontal photograph taken at the same time and angle. Add $50.00.

Colors: All colors must be 4-color process colors (cyan, magenta and black). Exact PMS color matches are not possible.

Artwork: Art should be to size, leaving a 1/8" margin from the cut line (unless art bleeds off) or art charges will be incurred. Alterations of artwork will be billed at $35.00 per hour.

4-Color Process: Some matches are not possible due to variations in inks and raw materials. For proper color matches on 4-color process items all film must be accompanied by either a match print, chromalin proof or high quality photograph.

4-Color Process Disk Formats: Adobe Illustrator 10.0 and PhotoShop 6.0 – JPEG, TIFF and PhotoShop EPS files are only acceptable for CMYK (4-color process imprinting). All support files (graphics and placed images) must be included when placed in page layout programs. Fonts must be converted to paths. Please send a disk in PC format.

Specs for 4-Color Process: 100% actual film size positive, right reading, emulsion down. Minimum of 1200 dpi (dots per inch). If film is provided, please also send a disk in PC format.

Screen Angles: Cyan at 102 lines per inch, 70 degrees. Magenta at 102 per inch, 19 degrees. Yellow at 109 lines per inch, 0 degrees. Black at 121 lines per inch, 45 degrees.

Production Time: Standard production time is 15 to 20 working days. There is no rush service available.
